What’s Pilates??

Originally designed as a corrective cross-training method for athletes, Pilates was created by German-born Joseph Pilates and brought to the United States in the 1920s. The method evolved during Joseph’s lifetime to become an overall preventative and corrective functional fitness regime for all humans! Pilates is an integrative system of mat and apparatus work that can meet you where you are, whether you are a seasoned athlete, couch potato or anywhere in between!
